Illustration Friday: STICKY

The topic over at Illustration Friday is 'Sticky'; I couldn't pass up such a great topic! Sticky is a funny word to begin with and, at least in my mind, conjures up many funny images. Hope you all had a great 4th of July! I did.

Wonderful illustration, extremely sticky! As an Enlish person I didn't celebrate fourth of July (hehe, I suppose that would be quite inappropriate considering!) but glad to hear you did.

Looks to me like old Brer Fox is going to be having himself some Charlie Brown for dinner! I love it, Ken! As always... man, you're good!

I like how over the top this is. Out of all the things to fall or hide in, he ends up in a tar barrel. Nice pic.

Well done! My grandpa pours asphalt for a living, and this is something I always feared would happen to me if I got too close to his truck.

Drawing shiny stuff is fun!

To those I know already, it's great to hear from you again! Of course!

For those who've only just visited, please feel free to come back any time. It's always great making new friends. I'll try to make the rounds to your various sites if I haven't already.

That's very cool. I like the way you rendered the oil. It looks very slick and oily.
